1. Introduction

The RockMe application ("App") is developed and maintained by solMaxys. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user data from the App, in compliance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data Collected

The RockMe App does not directly collect, store, or process users' personal data. However, the App integrates third-party services that may collect data for advertising and analytical purposes:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC) — serves ads and may use device identifiers, cookies or usage data to display personalized or non-personalized advertising.
• Google Analytics for Firebase (optional, if used) — collects anonymous usage metrics to improve application experience.

Users can manage their privacy and advertising preferences through Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

4. Consent and GDPR Compliance

solMaxys is committed to respecting users' rights under GDPR. As the App does not collect personal data directly, responsibility for data protection lies with third-party service providers (Google AdMob and Firebase).

Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit the processing of their personal data with third-party service providers.

5. Data Sharing

The collected data is processed only by the services mentioned above. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties outside these platforms.

6. Security

We adopt reasonable measures to protect information processed through our applications. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The RockMe App may contain links to external websites (such as mindat.org). solMaxys is not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites. We recommend that users read the privacy policies of any external website they visit.

8. User Rights

According to GDPR, users have the right to:

• request access, rectification or deletion of data processed by third parties;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
